I did not need the software I purchased and returned it unopened within the required time period. I received acknowledgement of the return but never received my refund, despite repeated emails. My credit card company refunded the purchase because I am a good customer. No refund from Trinity. |

Purchased "Microsoft Windows XP Home OEM w/SP3 (32 Bit)". It's Dell OEM, but they said it work work for any PC, and they are right! It was only $65. They shipped the same day I ordered. Very fast. And free shipping on my order. My first purchase went so well that I purchased a second copy. Excellent price. |

My review is based solely on searching and placing an order. It does not include wait time for receiving order and does not include any issues with shipped order. So far this is the best I have used. I chose this merchant solely on the fact they sell what I was looking for for the cheapest. |

optional "express checkout" is wonderfull... i HATE being forced to make an account just to spend money. the website was easy to navigate, the products were well described, and the plethora of shipping options was appreciated. |

No problems encountered, but would have preferred to find a usable coupon online. Also received a polite phone call asking to confirm my APO address - a good practice considering that many merchants are still unfamiliar with how they work. Overall, this was a happy purchase and I can see myself making future purchases from this vendor. |
